In order to keep the club fees down, uniform, and equipment needs and find good coaches the club will need to run a track meet each year.   The club fees are used for annual expenses such as website fees, advertising, awards, goodies, picnics, team association fees, coaches shirts.. The annual track meet, after volunteers have been fed, awards bought, association fees paid we have money left for new equipment and compensating our coaches a small token and provide parent discounts to helpers.   Any money generated by Corporate sponsorship will be earmarked for providing each support to traveling championship athletes.

The annual track meet provides us a free opportunity to enter all our Jet athletes in the meet for free. This gives everyone an annual fun event to attend.  In order to have a great club you must have people willing to volunteer their time to help make this happen.  It takes over 60 volunteers to put on a successful track meet. We would not be able to grow our club, not necessarily in numbers,. but quality.  It takes countless, thankful hours to put up tents, Band-Aid our kids, rake a pit, run off a shot put, or time a race.  We would not be who we are without YOU.  And I thank you for volunteering.
