Eugene, Oregon - The trip to Eugene, Oregon was a trip of beauty and a life time of memories for 0 Jets and their families. Avrie Welton came home the National Runner-up. Avrie had tied for the National Championship with a leap of 4'5 inches and officials did not declare a champion at the meet so Avrie was given the gold medal. However, after getting home we found out that Avrie became the runner-up due to misses at a height.
