Jets Attack and Bring Home 50 Medals

Geneva, Nebraska - Thirty-seven Jets attacked Geneva on Saturday. The Jets came home with 50 medals including 28 gold, 11 silver and 11 bronze. Gold medalists also brought home the laundry with 28 t-shirts given to the winners. The Lincoln Jets established 18 new club records and 39 Top 5 club listings on their way to recording 75 top six finishes in the meet. An outstanding 41 P/R's were set or tied in a tough south wind and hot temperatures. Just an outstanding run by the Jets. Our hats are off to the Geneva Lions track club for putting on a great meet and a finishing time of 3:15. Club records were set by Morgan Bath, LaNiece Wiggs, Taylor Shoemaker, Jenna Raef, McKenna Slack, Madison MacLean, Tyson Youngquist, Derrius Vick, Jamies Maier, 4x100 Meter Youth boys team of Creighton Morris, Younquist, John Claesens IV, Vick, Nick Masada, Andy Hawley, Brian Christensen.
